I’m The Urban Caveman. A full time electrician, and part time primal enthusiast, with a love for camping, fishing, and cooking in my spare time.
About eleven years ago I started having gallbladder issues, which lead me down the rabbit hole of health & nutrition research.
In the time since, I’ve developed the theory that most (if not all) of the problems we face, both individually, and as a species, are the result of a mismatch between our evolutionary environment, and the modern world. This mismatch has created within each of us instincts that, while essential for survival back in the cave, work against us when acted upon in modern civilization.
Join me, as I explore ways we can meet our evolutionary needs, while still enjoying the benefits of the modern world.
